Med-Screen has partnered with the "African Film Festival of Tarifa" to present a selection of recent Arab MEDA films in its 5th edition.
This event has taken place in Tarifa, Spain, between the 25th of April and the 3rd of May 2008. The selection was composed of 4 feature films, 5 documentaries, 4 shorts and 3 animation films.
The following filmmakers have been invited to present their films to the Spanish audience:
Jocelyne Saab director of the Egyptian feature film Kiss Me Not on the Eyes
Amor Hakkar director of the Algerian feature film The Yellow House
Nouri Bouzid director of the Tunisian feature film Making Of
Ahmed Al Maanouni director of the Moroccan feature film Burned Hearts
Nejib Belkadhi director of the Tunisian documentary Kahloucha: Tarzan of the Arabs
Jean-Pierre Lledo director of the Franco Algerian documentary Algérie: Histoires à ne pas dire
