In partnership with the Hamburg International Short Film Festival, and as a parallel section to its 23rd edition, Med-Screen has participated to the organization of special focus on Lebanese, entitled Touring Lebanon.

The event, held in Hamburg, Germany, took place between the 6th and the 11th of June 2007. The selection was composed of 9 short Lebanese films.

6 filmmakers have been invited by the consortium to present and discuss their films with the German public:

Carol Mansour, director of the Lebanese short film Invisible Children
Hassan Choubassi, director of the Lebanese short film I Am Well and Surviving
Khaled Ramadan, director of the Lebanese short film Wide Power
Koussay Hamzeh, director of the Lebanese short film Well Played
Mahmoud Hojeij, director of the Lebanese docu-short Tell Me Something
Rania Stephan, director of the Lebanese docu-short Tuesday, August 15
