FILM WEEKS iCALENDAR iBeirut Film Week [September '06]


As part of the Med-Screen project, the fourth edition of Ayam Beirut Al Cinema'iya (Beirut Cinema Days - The Arab Film Festival) was held between the 16th and the 24th of September 2006 in the heart of the Lebanese capital.

The 40-film selection of this edition was completed within a month after the ravaging War on Lebanon. Although shortened due to the circumstances, it had numerous premieres in Lebanon and the Arab world among which the two Lebanese features Falafel by Michel Kammoun and The Last Man by Ghassan Salhab.
