The choice is thus modern, even if the characters belong to the thirties and live in places of the thirties that still exist now, such as Le Théâtre Municipal, La Cathédrale de Tunis, le Palais de Justice, La Mosquée Zitouna ...
In fact, we are between the sense and the non-sense, between the meaning and the non-meaning.
Sometimes we don’t have to communicate through the light. It remains really lifeless and let the characters tell the story themselves.
Other times, we use the light to express something.
Since the characters are feverish and hallucinating, we oriented ourselves towards an expressionist light. |
