In partnership with the Eurasia International Film Festival, and as a parallel section to its 2nd edition, Med-Screen has organized an Arab Film Week, entitled "Med-Screen: Mediterranean Waves". The event was held in Antalya, Turkey between the 16th and the 23rd of September 2006.

Ahmad Boyacioglu and Basak Emre of the Ankara Cinema Association represented Med-Screen during this event, in which 4 MEDA feature films were screened.

2 professionals invited by the consortium presented their latest film:
Swel and Imad Noury, co-directors of the Moroccan feature Heaven's Doors.

A special catalogue was printed to promote these films.
