Boumediene Laaskri - Actor
In the film, I play the role of Amayas and Mina's brother. When I do not work, I collect sand roses and cigarettes. I live like that, gleaning in the desert, until the day in which I fell terribly sick due to contaminated water.
I have an excellent relationship with Tsaki. He knew me ever since I was a teenager. I still work with him because I really like his working method. He is very contentious, and makes profound films. I am always satisfied when I work with him.
For the time being, I have only acted in Brahim (Tsaki)'s films. I would like to do films with Belkacem Hadjaj who's the producer on this film, and for the Algerian cinema with whom my connection is not excluded.
Someday, I would like to shoot somewhere else with other filmmakers. |
